Debt collector, Talked to "Don", who was a total scum bag. Yelled over the phone at me while I was trying to make payment arrangments. I have contacted the Attorney General to get this ASS fired or fined or in jail!

They never leave a message for me and hang up when I answer. If they call about a friend or relative- they are NEVER to say the friend or relative owes money. They are allowed to call you to leave a phone number or ask for better contact information. They may only say it is a business matter. If they actually say your friend or relative owes money, they are then in violation of the FDCPA- your relative may be entitled $$ for this breach of privacy. The collection agency itself will be fined by the government $1000 if it is the first time and more money on successive violations.

I AM SICK OF RECEIVING THREATENING AND DISTURBING CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY HARRASSING ME AT MY WORK OF EMPLOYMENT AS WELL AS MY CELL PHONE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP!!!

Man says he is officer roman pierce Or another officer and I better call him back or my attorney better call him back or the will send some cops when I told them they where frauds they got real nasty.started swearing over the phone the say they have my ss# and i had better call them .

These people took $398 out of my checking account that I didn't write. It was an e-check and my bank let it go. This is fraud. The phone number that is on the check doesn't work. There is no signature required for a bank to take this money out. Come on. This is a lot of money for me single parent and this is the 4th time I have been hit with identity theft. Something needs to be done. People make sure you are checking your accounts. One person wrote that it might be someone getting a hold of your information if you do your taxes online and ask for direct deposit.

Reporting this jackass to the FBI for Investigation he is trying to say I owe money but won't say what for left a threatening message and when I checked into his number it does not even come from the US. I owe no money and watch my finances closely.

GT SErvices, headquartered in Houston, TX (so stated by the caller). Harassing phone calls to my number which I've owned for 15years. They are looking for a "Rene", who is unknown to me. Claim they will remove the number, but don't and continue to call, sometimes 3 times/day.
